What We Do

Transforming independence through advanced robotics and comprehensive support

Our Mission

To equip every individual with blindness or visual impairment with a humanoid robot companion and the comprehensive training necessary to maximize independence, safety, and opportunity—at absolutely no cost to the recipient.

We believe that advanced assistive technology should never be a luxury. Through innovative partnerships, strategic fundraising, and unwavering commitment to our community, we intend to eliminate the financial barrier so that cost is never what stands between someone and a handler. We will do this when Tesla Optimus units are available to acquire. The pages below describe the program we are building, not placements we have made.

Universal Access

No one should be denied independence due to cost

Comprehensive Support

From placement through lifelong training

Innovation Leadership

Pioneering the future of assistive technology

Dignity & Empowerment

Technology that enables, not limits

Our Complete Service Model

Every placement will include the support below, designed to maximize independence and confidence. This is the program we are building for the first grantees.

Humanoid Robot Placement

We will provide Tesla Optimus robots, at no cost, when they are available to acquire. Each robot will be configured for the grantee’s own needs and environment. We have not placed one yet, and everything on this page describes what happens after we can.

Personalized Configuration

Each robot is customized based on your specific mobility needs, environment, and goals before delivery

Zero Cost to Recipient

Robot, equipment, training, support, and all related costs are fully covered by our organization

Advanced Technology

Tesla Optimus features verbal communication, sophisticated AI, 24/7 availability, and continuous software updates

15+ Years Service Life (planned)

Our support model is built around a service life of over a decade and a half with routine maintenance, beginning once placements start

Ongoing Technical Support (planned)

A 24/7 helpline, regular maintenance visits, and prompt assistance for technical needs — all of it stands up once placements begin

Lifelong Support Network

Your relationship with us doesn't end after initial training. We're committed to supporting your evolving needs, celebrating your achievements, and ensuring your robotic companion continues to serve you optimally throughout its service life.

24/7 Technical Helpline (planned)

Round-the-clock support for technical questions and assistance needs, staffed once the first robots are placed

Regular Follow-Up Sessions

Software Updates & New Features

As robot AI capabilities improve, we provide training on new features and functionality at no additional cost

Join our network of robot users for peer support, tips sharing, and advocacy opportunities

Advanced Training Modules

Specialized training for workplace navigation, recreational activities, travel, and other specific applications

What happens next

Tesla Optimus is the platform we are waiting on. The training above is written for the week after a grantee receives the robot as a handler. The first placements will be the proof, and we have not made one yet.
